Art in Nature Workshop

Saturday, March 24, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.Stokes Nature Center invites individuals ages 14 through adult to explore Art, Writing, and the Natural World on Saturday, March 24, 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Winter is filled with magnificent beauty! Awaken your senses and capture some of the beauty through art and writing. We will write and draw, not to make masterpieces, but to become more aware of our surroundings. De Ann Lester, a lifelong artist and naturalist, will instruct us on how to capture nature’s beauty. Materials will be provided. Bring a sack lunch. Costs are $20 ($16 for SNC members).
