Upcoming Activities at the Stokes Nature Center

Parent and Tot Nature Hour *Friday, Oct 27*

Hike on up to Stokes Nature Center to attend parent & tot nature hour,
Friday, October 27, from 10 – 11 a.m. for ages 2-3 years. The program
will explore the wonders of the natural world. Activities include songs,
crafts and discoveries made along the River Trail. The costs $3 ($2.50
for SNC members). Parents must accompany child. To register, call

Halloween Bash at SNC Saturday, October 28
Stokes Nature Center invites costumed kids ages 2-10 to visit the
haunted Stokes Nature Center on Saturday, October 28 from 10 - 12 p.m. A
mad scientist will lead us in many OOEY, GOOEY, GROSS, experiments. We
will play games, make crafts and have treats. Costumes are encouraged
and prizes will be given. The cost is $8 per child ($6.50 for SNC
members). Chaperone must be present. Pre-registration is required by
October 25, call 435-755-3239.**

Join the Stokes Nature Center supporters at the Copper Mill Restaurant
for an evening of food, fun & entertainment for the 9^th annual Dinner &
Auction. This year’s theme is “Creatures of the night”. Tickets are
